How to build a strong relationship?

     

A research has been done in Harvard University in which they are trying to understand exactly-what's the difference in people who live their life happily and who live their life miserably?    

         Means they started tracking some people when they were 15 years old.Some of them now have turned to 80-90 years old and they exactly trying to understand what's the different between those peoples.In the end the result that has comeout is that the people who had good relationship have lived their life happily and people who had bad relationship lived their life frustratedly.Means,this is the main cause of happiness,what we ignore very badly.So the question is how to build a strong relationship?

                            So when i was doing research on this topic,"how to build a strong relationship"i had been told many ways to improve relationship,but what i found most important for good relationship is 'Understanding'.
                      'Understanding' is very important.If you're able to understand your partner,even if he or she is dishonest then also you require 'understanding'.Might be there would be situation when he or she has to be dishonest or you create some possibilities for him/her to be dishonest but you must understand the situation.You must see the value of person not the stupid situation because it changes in a moment.If you have a partner who is dishonest,i am not talking about in terms of character,i am talking about he/she lie to you in little situation because of whatever reason.So,instead of making it an issue we must try to understand why he/she lie to you.We must see the intentions of other person.
        Another interesting thing that has comeout of this Harvard Research is those who had good relationship,"good relationship"doesn't mean they never had fight or arguement with their partner because opinion would clash among themselves instead it means if i can trust on that particular person whom i am in relationship with blindly,if i can count on that particular person blindly that means a "good relationship".This is actual a good relationship.

                   Relationship is not something which is dead,it's a living thing.There is no rule in it.There is something new happening everyday.By learning from all that we have to move forward and make it better and better everyday.
