Treat Yourself as a King
What do I mean by:Treat yourself as a king?Become aggressive and arrogant,think like you are superior than everybody and you deserve some special treatment?No.
I want to talk to about this idea that hardwork means,putting everything you have no matter what.This is how we largely see the motivation thinking like it will help us to work 18 hours stretch non-stop.
And this idea that hardwork means not eating,not sleeping,not resting is completely stupid and moron.It's a paradox.
Because if you don't eat,sleep or rest you won't be able to work and produce at your top level.You need energy,energy comes from food,you need focus,focus comes when your body is properly calm,ready and well-rested.
But don't take this the wrong way:don't oversleep,don't overfeed yourself.Do not sleep or eat at uneven hours.
Your body becomes the treatment it receives.Your mind is part of your body.To make it work in a best possible manner,you need to train it in a best way,and not to abuse it.Because it you abuse it,the loss is yours.
So instead of working for 18 hours a day which is mostly not even possible,start with working for 1 hour a day and then increase the limits gradually.
And always have discipline and routine in your life.So if you have decided that you are going to have your lunch at 2 p.m.,everyday then do so no matter what.Follow the routine punctually.Even if you are middle of something very important,take a break and eat sufficiently.Your body will reward you for that.

You have to eat three or four meals a day if you want to succeed.You have to sleep minimum 7 hours a day,if you want your mind to maintain its learning capabilities.
Also,start exercising and meditation for minimum first 30 minutes as you wake up in the morning.It will make your mind more fresh and active and will boost up your focus by 20%.This is the minimum I am asking you to do.
Understand if you want to become a champion,you will have to keep your mind in check.And if you don't,you will keep spending all day doing random shit because there is no system.
How do you train it ?
First,take sometime and be aware of yourself.Start recognizing where you spend your all day and then start replacing them gradually.You can do it by developing a daily schedule,by waking up early,by running,exercising,meditation,maintaining a routine,when to eat,when to sleep,taking small steps towards betterment and doing simple things.But it's hard doing even the simple things,right?

What you have right now is an untrained mind,it does random shit and it used to receiving pleasure from nothing.But if you maintain a system and force your mind to follow it for couple of days,soon it will transform into habits.And then you'll have no problem.
